Some supplements can help with skin care, but a popover sounds better tonight.
Meanwhile the guy is choking down “250 supplements, eight to 10 glasses of alkaline water and 10 cups of green tea” a day. Me, I’m trying to remember my B vitamins and DHA, and I’m having green pea soup and popovers for supper.
