After Gastric Bypass Surgery
Lots of side-effects of gastric bypass surgery including the need to eat more supplements.
Read the rest of this first hand account. So I have to take supplements for the rest of my life. This is one of the small trade offs in this journey. I have been taking my Kid Chewables twice daily and I had to take a calcium supplement too. My doctor suggested started with TUMS ( four per day). So the other day I took one in the afternoon. After I had all my other pills for the day and lunch. I had waited about one hour after lunch (a cup of warm broth).
