Hadrian's Wall: Sunburns Since 122 AD
Things you'll need when you visit Hadrian's Wall:
If you walk the wall, bring sunscreen
, a hat, a walking stick, and a fun companion. If you drive, make sure your car has a tape player so you can hear the audio cassette Pauline provides. (It’s nice to hear the background noises of sheep and birds, too.) And if you plan on crossing the River Tippalt, take the bridge, or wear your wellies.
