Yes, There's Velveeta In My Refrigerator

skin care eczema A good post on the dietary needs of the skin-challenged family.

The other day I went to the local health food store to get a few things like some of these and some of this. You see, some of our offspring have some extremely sensitive eating issues. With the most severe being the youngest with his allergy to dairy. When he eats dairy the poor little cowboy looks as if he’s contracted a very bad case of leprosy. It starts with basic dry skin, turning red, then swelling just above the level of the skin surface with blisters and finally each one ruptures into tiny little oozing, scabbing, discustingness. (Yes, I just made up that last word and I think it’s a good one.) This is severe eczema with secondary infections.
