Forgot the sunscreen
.
Today, whilst my colleagues were roasting in the jam factory I went off with Jo to our local outdoor pool in Hinksey - wonderful, absolutely wonderful. Other Aldates people were there…piggy in the middle with a weird small floppy frisbee…chips…icecream….and sunburn - yes, I’m silly, I didn’t put any sunscreen on and got just a tad burnt. Ah well, it was worth it.

When there are so many cases that report about the condition of skin cancer. It is really not wise to jump into the pool witount a sunscreen lotion.
Tanning without any precaution does not addd any credits to your skintone later. Therefore it better to go for the right sunscreen lotion or a sun block waterproof gel when you take a dip into the pool.

I am an esthetician new to blogging. I just read your comments about the success you've had with the Clarisonic Brush. I am so very happy for you!.
