Real Sex Appeal

skin care acne Real sex appeal is more than skin deep and not necessarily acne-free.

I liked that I was well known for being quick-witted, and formidable in debate. I liked knowing that my peers respected me as one of the “smart kids” and that when I told people what I wanted to do with my life, they believed that I could do it, and do it well. Somehow this whole sex thing seemed to detract from the point. Or maybe I just liked to envision the playing field as a fair one. Equality all around. Beauty (or lack of it) didn’t matter - it’s what you did with yourself. School also perpetuated that. You passed an exam because you were competent - not because you were acne-free.

EIGHT GLASSES OF WATER A DAY FOR YOUR SKIN!

Easily Forgotten!!

Water is perhaps the best gift of god to earth. No other natural product probably has those many benefits as water. From health, to fitness and skin care, water can be a lifesaver and therapy for almost everyone at one point or the other.

If you think your skin is just a covering, just think again. Your skin is a living and breathing organ, totally in itself. It needs nourishment to survive and glow and wrinkles down if ignored and neglected. Experts on the subject have always stressed hard on the need for at least 8 glasses of water a day to keep your skin in the right condition. The most important thing it does to your skin is to flush out the toxins which ultimately show as a negative impact on your skin. Problems kike blackheads, whiteheads and the like have their major cure in having water regularly.

Water is also an excellent cleanser, especially for people with oily skin.
