Be Careful!
Be careful if you go overseas for plastic surgery.
We should be careful in choosing which clinic will we opt to undergo such kind of operation like rhinoplasty because it might end up in a bad nose surgery. There are lots of cases that lead to the patient’s dismay and dissatisfaction because instead of improving their look after a nose job, it only ruined their facial features.

Plans Gone Awry
A look at the health savings plan makes Lasik a good choice.
After years of hemming and hawing, I finally decided to have LASIK surgery on my left eye. Part of the reason was that I’m now to the age where reading is a problem, and I either need regular contacts with reading glasses, monovision contacts (one eye for reading and one for distance), or glasses with progressive lenses.

Surgery On Thursday
Touch here for more info:
Thursday though, hopefully will be the end of my relationship with eyeglasses. I am going in for Lasik surgery. Technically it is not Lasik that I am getting. Due to some anomalies with my eyes I will need to have PRK (Photorefractive Keratectomy) instead.

Windows To The Soul
Good tips on eye care and the proper use of contact lenses.
Contact lenses are no longer marketed or purchased for pure functionality these days. They have emerged to suit various lifestyles and trends. You may be familiar with some of these big brands in the market if you are a contact lens user - Acuvue, Focus, Bausch and Lomb, Ciba Vision and Freshlook. In fact, contact lenses can even be purchased and ordered online now at VisionDirect.com. How convenient can that be! You don’t even need to spend hours waiting to be served in the shop or drive to your optician’s place. Just fax in your prescription given to you by your eye care provider, choose your lenses and your order is placed.

Long Blocks
I hear you already: “I hope you brought your sunscreen with you.” Well, yes, I did, and by “yes” I mean “no.” So, since I hadn’t realized that in that part of Phoenix, “one block” apparently meant a distance just shy of a mile and a half, I got to the store about two and a half hours later with a REALLY good tan, the nice lobster-y red kind. But there were some really nice basses there, so I had that going for me. In all honesty, I didn’t really get burnt badly, but I was smart enough to catch a cab back to the hotel.

I'm Vain, Are You?
A funny post on vanity.
9) If I see a woman my age who looks younger than me, I will wonder where she did her plastic surgery and how she got the money. Is the husband a drug dealer or something?

Tom Jones' Eyelids
A plastic surgeon dishes Tom Jones.
TMZ has a post on entertainer Tom Jones with a recent image. He has had his share of plastic surgery, but looks like he needs some consideration for his left lower eyelid. It is a bit droopy. This could of course be due to previous surgery or just his age.

Zeno Acne Clearing Device
Does Sephora's Zeno acne device really work?
I am posting this product because I find it interesting. This is a product that is supposed to get rid of acne in 24hrs. My first thought is no way. My second thought is very interesting, I wonder if it works. If it works then I have to have one. I hate waking up and finding a big old pimple.
