The Culprits
From a list of acne causing culprits, caffeine.
Caffeine intake can cause or worsen acne or breakouts in many ways… first of all it is known to throw off hormones in women. In addition to the caffeine in coffee or chocolate, there are other ingredients you should worry about too — processed sugar and milk fats are also known causes for breakouts!

Coffee and acne have a hellish kind of relationship. My advive is steer well clear and stick to water as this will help flush any toxins from the skin.

I can totally attest to this. I had very bad acne when I was in high school and college, so i started taking Murad's Acne Complex. It cleared me up wonderfully and soon I stopped taking the acne treatment. Then I entered the workplace and discovered the world of coffee. My skin had been pretty good even though I was not using any more acne treatments or Murad's Acne Complex. But as I began to drink more and more coffee, I could see the acne coming back. Maybe it did throw off my hormones, who knows? Anyways, back to the acne treatments so I went ahead and got some more Acne Complex from Murad. Wonderfully clear skin again!

I wanted to put a word in about Arbonne products.
They are botanically based, hypoallergenic, don tot contain mineral oil and are never tested on animals.
But the best part is that they really work!
Check it out!
